The project aims to support communities affected by the war and help them overcome the problems associated with the Russian invasion. The ANTS Network experts provided analytical and advisory support for the development of recovery and development strategies. From November-December 2022 to January-February 2023, the Concepts of Recovery and Sustainable Economic Development of Local Territorial Communities and Roadmaps for Implementation of the Concepts of Recovery and Sustainable Economic Development of Local Territorial Communities in the Draft Local Budgets of Territorial Communities for 2023-2025 were approved and implemented by the relevant decisions of local governments of local territorial communities. After signing the Memoranda, holding strategic sessions, and creating roadmaps, the participating communities approved the Recovery Concepts. 30 communities presented concepts of recovery and sustainable economic development.
