The project to identify new civil society leaders and connect them into a network of change-makers aimed at supporting Ukraine’s post-war recovery. The main goal of the initiative was to help local leaders with viable ideas for social innovations implement them in their communities. The first HALLI hackathon was successfully carried out by our team in 2022.
The project was implemented with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
