Stand With Ukraine: recovery initiative supported by Taiwan

Mobilizing international resources for the reconstruction of Ukraine’s frontline communities

The ANTS Network has secured funding from the Government of Taiwan to support Ukrainian communities affected by the war. Through this cooperation, one million US dollars has been allocated to the frontline cities of Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Kherson. The funding is specifically directed toward addressing critical community needs: navigating the heating season, restoring basic infrastructure, and ensuring essential services for residents. This support is the direct result of international advocacy and the development of strategic partnerships. Memorandums of cooperation were signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, the beneficiary Ukrainian cities, and the ANTS Network.

“ANTS expresses gratitude to Taiwan for supporting our country and communities. In partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, ANTS will help the residents of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions survive the winter and address local challenges. In total, one million dollars has been allocated for the two regions. Thank you, Taiwan, for supporting Ukraine,” said Hanna Hopko.

The project was implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan
