That is why I propose to create a governmental group consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the NAPC, the Ministry of Finance, other institutions, academics, and NGOs to work on proposals and even draft legislative decisions. Such proposals should be submitted to our partners. “Our proposals should be detailed and balanced. Advocacy of such decisions is the next step, but this work is primarily for us to perform,” said Vitaliy Melnychuk.
