Round Table “Transfer of the russian Assets to Ukraine: Multilateral and Bilateral Contractual Mechanisms of Repatriation”

• What is the potential of international contractual mechanisms for the repatriation of assets to provide compensation to Ukraine?
• Have the possibilities of applying bilateral agreements on the protection of investments been exhausted?
• Where do agreed mechanisms for the repatriation of assets of the Russian Federation stand within the overall strategy of providing compensation for war losses to Ukraine?
• What are the “invisible” opportunities at this stage for Ukraine to obtain Russian assets through asset repatriation?
• What are the successful precedents and challenges in the international practice of asset repatriation?
• How do asset repatriation mechanisms serve as a form of pressure on the Russian Federation, and what direct and indirect successes can be achieved?
