Kateryna Chuieva, expert on cultural heritage management at the National Interest Advocacy Network “ANTS”;
Zhanna Suslina, Head of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the Bulgarian City Council;
Yurii Dimchoglo, representative of Gagauz culture, honorary president of the “OKO” festival;
Galyna Ivanova, representative of the Regional Center of Bulgarian Culture in the city of Bolgrad;
