Panel discussion: “Cultural heritage of national minorities is a valuable resource of cultural diplomacy”

The National Interest Protection Network “ANTS” is pleased to announce its participation in the fifth edition of the International Ethnographic Film Festival “OKO” (IFF), which will take place in Ukraine from September 8 to 15, 2024, and in Bulgaria from November 8 to 15, 2024.

Join us for a panel discussion on “Cultural Heritage of National Minorities as a Valuable Resource of Cultural Diplomacy” to be held on September 9, 2024, as part of the festival.

Together with our speakers, we will consider important issues:

  • What is cultural diplomacy and what is its superpower?
  • What is the role of national minorities in the foreign and domestic policy of the state?
  • What are the tools and models of cultural diplomacy?
  • What are the specifics of Ukrainian cultural diplomacy in wartime?
  • How is the brand “Ukraine” formed in the world?

Zhanna Suslina, Head of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the Bulgarian City Council;

Yurii Dimchoglo, representative of Gagauz culture, honorary president of the “OKO” festival;
