De-occupied territories must begin to be restored

Ukrainians should not wait for the end of the war to restore the de-occupied territories.

This is emphasized by Ilya Neskhodovskyi, head of the analytical department of the f the National Interests Advocacy Network “ANTS”.

“As soon as the territory is considered conditionally safe, reconstruction must begin. Now we can see how destroyed and damaged infrastructure in the Kyiv region is being rebuilt: schools, kindergartens, and houses are being rebuilt, says Neskhodovskyi. – We should not wait for the war to end. As soon as the risk of shelling in certain areas is reduced, one must begin to act and do everything possible to restore life. If a community has been harmed, we record and document everything, develop appropriate protocols, and so on. Then we move on to recovery. Various programs, both Ukrainian and global, are already in operation, allowing us to gradually restore losses, restore production, and have the resources for victory.”
