Voice of Ukraine Without Borders: Hub for International Advocacy

Project geography: Ukrainian organizations and initiatives in 15 countries worldwide

Millions of Ukrainians abroad are a unique resource for advancing Ukraine’s interests globally — yet they still act separately and without shared advocacy tools. We are expanding the ANTS Network platform, building a unified space with ready-made materials, analysis, and tools — so that organizations across different countries can speak with one voice. Through training and coordination, at least 30 organizations in 15 countries will be able to act in unison and genuinely influence international decisions.

With the support of the Askold and Dir Fund, administered by ISAR Ednannia as a part of the Strong Civil Society of Ukraine — a Driver towards Reforms and Democracy project, funded by Norway and Sweden.

Project Objectives

Build an international advocacy module (communication hub) on the ANTS Network platform with ready-made materials, analysis, and messaging for diaspora organizations

Develop at least 5 advocacy narrative packages, 3 communication packages, and 6 analytical digests for international audiences

Strengthen the capacity of at least 30 Ukrainian organizations abroad through training, consultations, and network support

Establish regular coordination among diaspora organizations in at least 15 countries to align messaging and synchronize advocacy efforts
