The Secrets Behind the Strength of Cultural Institutions

The event aims to share experiences in building sustainable communities around cultural institutions at the local level. Participants will explore how forming and developing communities around cultural institutions can serve as a key tool for ensuring institutional sustainability, maintaining direct engagement with audiences, and strengthening the participation and influence of cultural institutions in everyday community life and local decision-making processes.
