Issues of strategic communication and combating disinformation

Liudmyla Dolhonovska, Former Advisor to General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2021–2023), will deliver a lecture on:

  • strategic communications during the war in Ukraine and globally;
  • hybrid threats and the spread of Russian disinformation worldwide;
  • countering hostile narratives and the importance of shaping a national information agenda.

This project is implemented with the support of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
