ExploreEU: Meeting with participants of the study and advocacy visit to European institutions

We invite you to an online meeting dedicated to sharing the experience of an educational and advocacy visit by Ukrainian youth to European institutions.

During the meeting, participants of the educational and advocacy visit to European institutions will share share practical cases, insights and personal experience of interaction with institutions, experts and international partners.

The goal of the event is to share first-hand experience, show that advocacy and democratic participation are accessible to young people, and motivate participants to get involved in civic, educational, and advocacy initiatives. Participants will learn how advocacy mechanisms work, how Ukraine’s interests are represented abroad, what skills are needed, and how to take the first steps in advocacy work.

The event is intended for:

  • young people aged 18–35
  • members of the ANTS Youth Club
  • participants in youth and civic projects
  • and anyone interested in advocacy, leadership, and civic engagement.

The program includes a short introduction and welcome, a presentation of the educational and advocacy visit with key insights and results, and an open Q&A session. The event will be moderated by Dariia Panova, with speakers Taisia ​​Tokarchuk, Oleksandr Shubrat and Maksym Masalov sharing their experiences.

As a result of the event, participants will gain practical examples of advocacy work, a better understanding of how European institutions operate, learn about opportunities for civic and international engagement, and find additional motivation to take action.
